Death Valley is a place of stunning landscapes - dramatic canyons, sprawling sand dunes and salt flats -- just to name a few. There are also mysterious places to photograph, like the Race Track, where large rocks have somehow skated across a huge concrete-like mud flat and interesting ghost towns scattered throughout the area. These will be some of the locations we'll capture at different times of the day and at night to get remarkable images of this fascinating place.

These workshops will focus on photographing landscapes during the day and working on composition -- including shooting panoramas and HDR (High Dynamic Range) and capturing the night sky, star trails and light painting. We will also cover how to process images in Photoshop and plug-ins to create spectacular images.
